Projects address climate change and biodiversity loss, and build healthy natural habitat barriers in natural environments. The project revolves around flooding at the Dunkeld site, a problem caused by seasonal flooding. Creating a well-functioning environment should reduce flood risk in several ways.
The project designed the landscape through land testing to alleviate the problem while increasing the environmental adaptability of the landscape through simple interventions. Through the soil conditions in different areas of the site, increase vegetation test points to predict success and failure. With the development of time, a rich riverside vegetation landscape is formed. It has both ecological value and the function of watching and playing. By inviting volunteers to come here to participate in the process, in practice and management, this idea will be transmitted. Bringing humans closer to the natural environment.
In the future, design will develop more vitality and diversity, so that a healthier and more resilient landscape development will effectively alleviate the problems we face. The rich life form activities of the critical zone will be displayed. Together to shape a better land environment.
