Purpose Of The Publication

My aim is that this publication will allow the audience to experience and reflect on the process of personality labelling abuse.

My reason for combining the bookmark and the publication is that the content in the entire publication was primarily a critique of the misuse of personality labelling, but the publication was surrounded by personality labels.

People with different personality labels need to find their own bookmarks, tear them off and use them in the process of using the publication.

From this, the audience's own personality labels and reflections on the personality labels will be read by the audience at the same time, and I think that this conflicting content can inspire the audience to reflect on the misuse of labelling.

Each poster shows a personality.

I believe that each poster should display the personality traits of what the public considers to be a personality. That's why I used the words that define different personalities on the internet to create the design.

Finally, I overlaid the red lines on the defining words. I hope to eventually break down these visual elements by deconstructing them, culminating in a recreated poster with a red randomised web and text.

Purpose Of The Installation

The final work is presented as a poster that I sit in the centre of the frame and weave, and as the weave expands, they grow as if alive under my feet.

Each poster responds to a personality and consists of a personality-defining word and a red line pattern.

In the process of compiling them, I can feel the tangled, colliding and interrelating emotions between the elements of the personality.

As the weave expands, the deconstructed elements seem to take on a self-generating power, growing under my hands, revealing the infinity of time and the endlessness of change. At the same time, a random sheet of personality barriers with red lines gradually develops.

I am both the observer and the producer, my presence is the link between the many visual elements, and through this process, the viewer is triggered to reflect on the personality.
