It is an experimental art book that utilizes interactive installations and film perspectives to aid patients in achieving self-distancing, calmly confronting their pressures, and peeling off from them. This innovative form of art therapy combines drama therapy and art installations, targeting mental issues arising from social relationships.
These mental disorders face a dual pressure of stigma and the need for social survival, preventing individuals from receiving timely and appropriate assistance. Humans are social animals, and in order to survive in society, they inevitably need to establish their own social network.
The purpose of this project is to engage in conversations with individuals from various social relationships, and to realize that "You are the center of your social relationships."
We should understand that social relationships are, in fact, a term with a personal meaning. It should exist in society as "XX's relationships," representing a network that emanates from the self after interacting with society. We should identify our social roles and sense of existence and acknowledge our own needs.
Establishing connections is simple,
but maintaining them is incredibly difficult.
People should originally build social relationships
for their own survival needs in society,
but gradually,
they have turned into maintaining relationships
and sacrificing their own well-being.
