MANIFESTO
Space is a complex system of interrelated elements that embraces diversity and difference. Interior space is not just a vehicle for function or the reproduction of some metaphysical meaning but extends to a complex and diverse range of perceptions, memories, emotions and atmospheres. I believe in designing spaces that prioritize the well-being and comfort of individuals and focus on the human space experience, with priority given to the sustainability of the space.
The objective things that make up the interior space are the primary source of perception for people entering the interior and spatial order affects people's experience of space. I believe a properly designed sequence organically organizes the interior space and time, allowing people to experience the interior with their bodies in motion and gain a good perceptual feeling.
Secondly, I believe that people give space to its emotions and imagination and that space gives people its atmosphere, which stimulates and enlivens their perceptions and thoughts. The experience of interior space should not just be about 'looking' at the building but about entering the interior space, feeling how to be surrounded and enveloped by the space, and feeling how you are led from one space to another to understand the overall and continuous unity of the space.
In addition to adhering Human-Centric Design, I will integrate sustainability into every facet of our design process to respond to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. From concept development to material selection, I will prioritize environmentally responsible practices, taking a long-term perspective, considering durability, adaptability and the possibility of future reuse or repurposing. Interior design is an evolving field, and designers must embrace innovation, new technologies and emerging trends. I commit to continuous learning, research, and collaboration to stay at the forefront of sustainable design practices.
