Overview

Manifesto:

I think that interior design is designing with user in mind. Interior design should use the most suitable construction techniques to integrate into the existing site to meet the various needs of users.  I study interior space from small scale to large scale, from planning space to detailed node design.

Introduction:

The redesign of the NESB building is divided into two parts. In the first part I set up pet-friendly studios, leisure places and communication centers that students of different specializations can use. In the second part, I provide a one-stop service for daycare, grooming and shopping for different kinds of pets to satisfy people and pet groups in this comprehensive building.

The clients are ECA students and teachers who take classes and study at ECA campus. Many people on campus have pets, but when they come to ECA for classes, their pets are left alone at home. This situation can cause separation anxiety not only in pets, but also in person. Pet-friendly studio offers a space for people who want to study with pets. The Cafe in pet-friendly studio also offer the drinks for pets. Pet day care center is set up so that they can take their pets to school/work and have the pets well serviced and socialized. These spaces are also open to everyone in ECA who are willing to stay with animals.

Pet-friendly centre and daycare centre are located in the north of the NSEB building. This is a deep space in the building. At the same time, it has independent safety stairs to provide access for pets, which will not affect and disturb other spaces and students who are afraid of animals. These can deal with the phobias of bird and snack.
