Echo in stone " is a documentary that follows the journey of Jingkun, a Chinese girl studying at the Edinburgh College of Art. She has been practicing and creating lithography art for years, a form of art that is slowly disappearing due to the lack of a specific type of stone that is essential for the printing process. Jingkun sets out on a quest to find the rare stone in Germany, where the only known quarry that produces the stone is located. The documentary chronicles her journey and the challenges she faces along the way.
