About me and my graduate film

I’m a 2d animator and designer with a passion for visual storytelling, character animation,

production design and compositing. Finding creative and innovative workflows that incorporate

various animation techniques and mediums brings me immense joy.

My animated graduate film is called "Waldeinsamkeit", a German word which describes the spiritual feeling one gets when being alone in a forest. The short film follows the magical dreamlike journey of an old lady that transforms her perception of dull city life around her.

This 2d hand drawn film was created with pencil and ink on paper (with effects drawn digitally in TvPaint), composited in Adobe After Effects and edited in PremierePro. It was important to me to keep the ´sketchbook-feel´and the imperfections of the physical medium visible in the final outcome.
