About my work
My illustrations are inspired by daily interactions and encounters, as well as my internal dialogue, drawing attention to the surreal and literal aspects of visual communication through humorous drawings. Alongside this, I also love to create rich, textured compositions where the lines are wobbly to give my work a lively human quality. My main focus this year was incorporating humour and narrative within my illustrations, as well as exploring informative visual communication.
My creative process almost always includes a black Pentel pen!
